These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Strive websites, web funnel, mobile applications, workout plans, training content, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is provided by Strive UG (haftungsbeschränkt) ("Strive", "we", "us", or "our").
If you purchase a recurring plan through the web funnel or app, the billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules described in our Subscription Terms also apply.
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, our Subscription Terms where applicable, and our Imprint. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You may use Strive only if you are legally able to enter into a binding contract under applicable law. You are responsible for providing accurate information, especially where the Service asks about your fitness level, mobility limitations, injuries, age range, or contact details.
Strive provides fitness and wellness information for general educational purposes. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always use judgment, train within your limits, and consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting or changing an exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, recovering from injury, or have a medical condition.
Strive may use the information you provide to generate or adapt workout recommendations, training schedules, and coaching content. Personalized outputs are intended to support your training decisions, but they may not be complete, accurate, or suitable for every person or situation.
Some features of the Service require an account or a paid subscription. Web purchases may be processed by Stripe on a Stripe-hosted checkout page. Mobile purchases may be processed by Apple, Google, or other platform providers. The price, billing interval, taxes, and renewal information shown at checkout are part of your purchase terms.
Subject to these Terms, Strive grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:
Unless otherwise stated, the Service, including software, branding, text, graphics, workouts, videos, and other content, is owned by Strive or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
If you submit feedback, messages, or other content to us, you grant Strive a non-exclusive right to use that material to operate, improve, support, and promote the Service, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law. You must not submit content you do not have the right to share.
The Service may rely on or link to third-party services, including payment processors, app stores, hosting providers, analytics providers, and deep-link technology. Those third parties operate under their own terms and privacy notices. Strive is not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if necessary to protect the Service, comply with law, address abuse or fraud, or respond to material violations of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect after termination.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or particular health, fitness, or business outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strive will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version here and update the effective date. If the changes are material, we may provide additional notice where appropriate.
