These Subscription Terms apply to recurring Strive memberships purchased through the Strive web funnel, website, or mobile app. They supplement the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and the information shown on the checkout page.
The checkout page controls the exact billing amount, currency, taxes, and billing interval for your order. If there is a conflict between this page and the checkout page, the checkout page controls for that transaction.
A Strive subscription gives you recurring access to premium training content, personalized plans, and paid Service features for the subscription period you selected. Unless the checkout page states otherwise, the web funnel offer is a monthly auto-renewing subscription.
When you complete checkout, you authorize Strive and its payment processor to charge the payment method you provided for the initial subscription period and for each renewal period until you cancel. Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled before the next renewal date.
Web subscriptions may be processed by Stripe on a Stripe-hosted checkout page. Mobile subscriptions may be processed by Apple, Google, or other platform billing providers. Strive does not store your full card number or complete payment credentials.
You can stop renewal at any time before the next billing date. Cancellation ends future renewals but does not retroactively cancel the current paid period.
Except where required by law or expressly stated in a specific offer, payments are non-refundable once a billing period has started. If Strive advertises a separate money-back guarantee on the checkout page or offer page, that guarantee applies in addition to your statutory rights and must be claimed within the stated time window.
For the current web funnel offer, Strive advertises a 30-day money-back guarantee if you do not see results and can show you followed the plan. To request review under that offer, contact support within 30 days of purchase from the email address used for the order and include your order details plus reasonable information about how you followed the plan.
Nothing in these Subscription Terms limits any mandatory statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law, including any withdrawal, refund, or warranty rights that cannot be waived. If local law gives you stronger rights than this page, those legal rights control.
After purchase, you should receive an order confirmation or receipt from the relevant payment processor or app store. If you do not receive confirmation, have a billing question, or want help locating your renewal date, contact support@striveworkouts.com.
